Coaching in firms provides a cohesive structure of development within the firms existing structure, or it can be used to restore a damaged firm culture so it can grow fresh with a new one.

Proposals are customized and services can be purchased as a 6, 9 or 12 month program or can be a la cart. Some firms chose for team members to contribute to the investment of the program, others allow their members to purchase a la carte coaching and split the coats.
